Dear D3 Investors,

It is happening. Ukraine’s Drone Deal is going viral.

As of July 8, 2026, Ukraine has signed nine Drone Deals with partner countries. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced the latest three agreements during the NATO Summit.

The partner countries are:

  1. Saudi Arabia
  2. United Arab Emirates
  3. Qatar
  4. Azerbaijan
  5. Latvia
  6. Lithuania
  7. Denmark
  8. Estonia
  9. The Netherlands

A more detailed review of the Drone Deal framework is included in the GR/Ecosystem section below. 👇

For the past year, Ukrainian defense companies have been preparing for this moment. They have joined international defense associations, participated in trade missions, exhibited at major industry events, competed in procurement programs across NATO MoDs, opened overseas offices, and built distributed international teams. These investments were made well before they had any visibility into export timeline—and they are now beginning to pay off.

During my recent visit to the overwhelming Eurosatory in Paris, the Ukrainian pavilion was one of the busiest on the show floor. It was packed with government delegations, defense primes, investors, and industry partners eager to learn from, procure from, and collaborate with Ukrainian companies.

They are on fire 🔥
