Dear D3 Investors,
We have distributed the proceeds from the sale of 50% of our Swarmer’s shares. It should be in your bank account by now!
Thank you to all who were able to attend our first Annual General Meeting in London.
Our heartfelt gratitude to the members of the Khartia, Nemesis, and Azov brigades from the Armed Forces of Ukraine who took time from the frontline to share unique and valuable insights with you. 🙌 🇺🇦
Thank you to Eric Schmidt for joining with his endless wisdom. He is the first to believe in D3, which would never have been launched if it wasn’t for his early commitment.
We talked about weapons and military strategies all day, but wanted to end the event with the human factor in this war. Our special guest was the CEO of the Ukrainian railroads, an institution second only to the army in size and place in the hearts of the Ukrainian people.
Last but not least, my deepest respect for the D3 team. After 3 years of relentless dedication to Ukraine’s victory, D3 is now in the top 10% percentile for funds our size and vintage, according to several specialized industry reports.
Let’s make it a goal to hold the next AGM in Ukraine!

We are backing Galadyne, a U.S. liquid-propulsion missile company. The paperwork is still in progress, so we will share the full investment memo and round details in our next newsletter.
Galadyne is developing a new class of affordable, high-volume missiles powered by liquid propulsion rather than supply-constrained solid rocket motors. Its common launch vehicle is designed to support target, precision-strike, and eventually missile-defense missions. Galadyne’s containerized Outpost system stores propellant, rapidly fuels missiles, and launches them in the field.
Founder Chandler Luzsicza, a former SpaceX propulsion leader, has assembled a 12-person team with experience at SpaceX, Firefly Aerospace, Ursa Major, Blue Origin, and Raytheon. Galadyne is targeting a production cost below $200,000 per Striker missile and is raising $25 million to complete flight qualification, establish low-rate production, and begin customer deliveries.
